Return/Exchange/Refund an Unwanted Item
At Fumu, we pride ourselves in offering customer service at the highest level. We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with the items you receive. As long as the item is in its original(unused) condition, we will be happy to accept returns and exchanges subject to the following rules:
- The claim is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping costs arising from the return
- Additional shipping costs will be refunded only if the product is faulty or incorrect
- We aim to refund customers within 14 days upon receipt of the returned item
- Fumu is unable to guarantee receipt of your returns and we highly recommend customers to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase additional shipping insurance.
- Exchanges will be offered subject to stock availability
